Foram Mehta
Foram Mehta is Staff Vice President & General Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Strategy at Elevance Health, where she leads the integration of formulary strategy, pharmacy quality programs, and clinical cost-of-care initiatives. In this role, Foram is accountable for driving more cohesive, data-driven decision-making to advance clinical excellence, affordability, and improved outcomes for members.
Foram has been a key leader at Elevance Health for more than six years, and with over 20 years of experience across pharmacy, managed care, and healthcare strategy, she brings deep expertise in formulary management, specialty trend management, and value-based clinical programs.
Prior to joining CarelonRx, Foram spent seven years at Aetna in senior leadership roles focused on formulary strategy and cost-of-care transformation, and earlier held pharmacy leadership positions at regional health plans and Walgreens. She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Long Island University.
