Danielle Reich
Danielle Reich is a clinical research and mental health professional with nearly two decades of experience spanning community mental health, clinical care, and research operations. She holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and brings a clinician’s perspective to evaluating research design, feasibility, and participant experience. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, participant-centered, and community-engaged approaches that reflect real-world clinical and operational settings.
Throughout her career, Danielle has supported and led complex, multi-site research initiatives with a strong focus on research operations and meaningful patient and community engagement. She is known for her ability to bridge research and practice, thoughtfully assess feasibility and participant burden, and elevate community voice in study design and evaluation.
